Assisted NC businesses in winning 2,232 contracts valued up to $24.62 billion

CBP estimates that up to 10 days per quarter of training support services shall be needed. This estimate is based on six (6) human role players/decoys needed per designated up to eight (8) hours per training day. It is anticipated that decoys shall be required each quarter at each location. The need for decoy services is dependent on the progress level of each individual canine and handler. The quarter dates are shown in the table below; however, the number of decoys required will be confirmed by the assigned CBP Course Development Instructor (CDI) Point of Contact (POC) one (1) week prior to each course. The dates for each course will be confirmed by CDI POC 30 calendar days or more prior to the course start date. The Training Support Services Decoy number will be confirmed in writing by the COR to the Contractor five (5) business days prior to the course start date and will reconfirm numbers needed and/or any adjustments two (2) business days prior to start of class.
