The objective of the contract is to obtain the highest quality and most efficient management services for seizure services (pre and post consignment), receipt, towing, photographing, storage, custody, inventory, Seized Asset and Case Tracking System (SEACATS) entry, and disposition of seized and forfeited vehicles in the Southwest Border States.
