US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) currently obtains telecommunications services via the GSA Networx, Washington Interagency Telecommunications System 3 (WITS3), and Local Service Agreement (LSA) contracts. These contracts, subsequently referred to as NWR (Networx, WITS3, and Regional contracts), will expire on May 31, 2023, requiring CBP to migrate its telecommunications services to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract. The scope of this solicitation includes the design, engineering, provisioning, management, transition, maintenance, and evolution of existing telecommunications services used by CBP to support its mission.
