Assisted NC businesses in winning 2,232 contracts valued up to $24.62 billion

The objective of the contract is to obtain the highest quality and most efficient management services for seizure services (pre and post consignment), receipt, towing, photographing, storage, custody, inventory, Seized Asset and Case Tracking System (SEACATS) entry, and disposition of seized and forfeited vehicles in the Southwest Border States. For the purpose of this document, the term “vehicle” includes anything that is power-driven, such as, but not limited to, ATVs, motorcycles, scooters, and tractor trailers. This does not include railcars, vehicles valued over $10,000 and/or vessels, etc. Each year, CBP seizes approximately 9,500 vehicles valued at $10,000 or less (per line item number), along the Southwest Border States of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California (e.g., McAllen, Laredo, Del Rio, El Paso, Tucson, Yuma, Nogales, Santa Teresa, El Centro, San Diego). Once the vehicles are seized, they must be maintained and stored until final disposition. Acquisition Strategy : Small Business Set-Aside
